On training days, be sure to take AUGMENT™ 45 minutes prior to your workout. Don’t forget your favorite post-workout recovery shake or meal to help replenish muscles so you can come back for more.
SUGGESTED USE: As an adult dietary supplement, take 2 soft gels 2–4 times daily. On resistance training days, take 4 of the soft gels 45 minutes prior to exercise. Continue for 60 days followed by 60 days off.
