    A: There is no cost to the inbody machine OR Meal Plan. Both are completely free services and are designed to help educate and guide you down the right path on your journey to a better you!
  2. Q. How do we come up with the meal plan?
    A: The Meal plan will be devised based on current body composition and a series of questions we will ask you upon appointment. Things we take into consideration; weekly activity levels, do you have a sedentary or active job, what type of training are you involved in, food allergies, different food tolerances etc.
  3. Q. Do we offer follow up appointments?
    A: Yes, after the appointment is done we can rebook you for an additional 2 week visit. As the body changes, sometimes nutritional requirements also change. We like to have 2 week assessments of appetite, adequate recovery, check on adherence, these are the things that help make diets and transformations successful.
  4. Q. What are the benefits of joining the challenge?
